Basic guidelines -
Include foods that are high in protein and calories. Have your main meal when your appetite is the best. Eat what you can and supplement with liquid meal replacements, do the best you can. Drink plenty of fluids.
Eat a healthy diet and plan ahead -
Stock the kitchen, include foods that you know you can handle and foods that need little preparation. Ask for help.
