Feldenkrais helps improve health and awareness and is an opportunity to get more in touch with yourself and your body. A series of gentle movements, based on ordinary activities, turns everyday movements into stretches. Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais developed a system of learning using subtle movements by teaching people to break old patterns of inefficient, tension-ridden movement in favor of efficient, more comfortable movement. This new awareness helps you to decrease pain and stress while improving your strength and flexibility. Please bring an exercise mat or towel.

Stimulating Bone Strength through Natural Movement and Weight-Bearing Posture Do you want to improve your bone strength, balance, and posture? Bones for Life is based on the teachings of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais. The movement processes taught in Bones For Life are modeled after the primal patterns of locomotion in nature. These basic patterns of walking are re-learned in this program in safe gradual practices that are adaptable to your individual pace and ability. Through simple, effective movements you will help align your posture and restore equilibrium. Please bring an exercise mat or towel.
